Homeschool Curriculum

So it's August again and for most that means it's BACK TO SCHOOL time!!!!! I am homeschooling my 5 children again this year. Last year and again this year I will be using Moby Max for online curriculum and then several offline books and programs. Are you a home school family? What works best for your family? Book-It Program from Pizza Hut

It's back again this year!!! This is a great program for us homeschooling families who want to help encourage our children to read. It also, gives them a fun treat to look forward to each month when they complete their reading. Last year I was able to get 6 coupons for each of my 5 children. Just a reminder for all who want to sign up for Book-it you only have til Sept 1 to sign up for it. So hurry before it is too late.

Long Journey

So my life in the last couple years has been a series of ups and downs. My autistic son was diagnosed with hearing loss and now has to wear hearing aids. Do to this amany other circumstances we decided to homeschool all 5 of our children. They range from ages 6-12. So you can imagine it keeps me quite busy. I was also diagnosed with an autoimmune disease which turned mine and my families life upside down. Continuing on with my blog we will continue to discuss how to save money for our families but also show how each family can overcome obstacles and situations together. I hope to share deals, special, but also things that have worked for our special needs family. Thanks for coming on this journey with me and let's have fun saving together.
